Transitional Justice mechanisms, based on the fundamental principles: the right to Truth, the right to Reparation, the right to Justice and guarantees of non-repetition. These principles are derived from the typification developed by Joinet, 1997, in the Final Report on the issue of impunity for perpetrators of human rights violations such as civil and political rights.
