How does the Colombian Truth Commission work in exile?
The Colombian Truth Commission works to clarify the facts surrounding the Colombian conflict and to promote recognition of the victims. The Commission includes the voices of the diaspora around the world. In Europe, this work is coordinated by ICIP (International Catalan Institute for Peace), which serves as the Commission’s Technical Secretariat.
